You're absolutely correct. Fellini's La Strada featured Giulietta Masina and Anthony Quinn in a story that like the one in Nights of Cabiria covers people on life's margins.</description>

One correction:   I believe that the Fellini film in which Giuietta Messina plays a prostitute is "Le Notte di Cabriria" rather than "La Strada."</description>
